These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Find Your Finish (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), operated by [Your Legal Entity Name], registered at [Registered Address], India. By browsing events, registering for a race, or creating an organizer account, you agree to these terms.
Find Your Finish lets event organizers list marathons, half marathons, and road races, and lets runners browse and register for them. Payments for registrations are processed through Razorpay. We are a registration and payments intermediary between organizers and runners — we do not organize, host, or operate the events listed on the Platform.
Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their event listings, the actual conduct of their event, any permits or approvals required to hold it, participant safety on race day, and honoring the registration categories, pricing, and policies they publish.
A registration is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed. Registration details (name, category, answers to any organizer questions) are shared with the event organizer to run their event. Bib numbers, where used, are assigned by the organizer and may be issued closer to the event date.

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — that information is handled entirely by Razorpay’s secure payment infrastructure.
You agree not to misuse the Platform — including attempting to bypass registration limits or payment flows, submitting false event or registration information, or interfering with other users’ access to the Platform.
The Platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in an event listed on the Platform, or from an organizer’s cancellation, postponement, or conduct of their event.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
